Monique Arceneaux, Board Member

Monique Arceneaux is the principal of The ARCH Group, Inc., an international consulting firm focused on creating and implementing sustainable social responsibility programs. Her work at Arch Group includes initiatives for education in developing countries, empowering women-led businesses, securing funding for minority owned start-ups, and establishing social responsibility programs/platforms for corporate clients.

Monique is a founding board member of The Houston Foundation for Hope, Inc, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit focused on education, prevention, and recovery of those afflicted with substance-use disorders. Monique was vital to launching the foundation in May 2022.

Born in Louisiana, Monique moved to New York in the 1990s to head travel and hospitality planning for singer Whitney Houston’s 60-person global touring team. She has 2 adult children and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.

Scott Hilchey, Board Member

Scott Hilchey is a founding board member of The Houston Foundation for Hope, Inc, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit focused on education, prevention, and recovery of those afflicted with substance-use disorders. Scott was vital to launching the foundation in May 2022.

A strategist and advisor on customer experience and market innovation, Scott has served in various executive roles for B2B and B2C marketing, sales/service enablement, and digital transformation. His broad experience includes assignments in Europe, South Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia resolving market gaps, pioneering creative strategies, and launching new products/services.

A former board member of the Whitney Houston Foundation for Children, Inc., Scott has also supported the Houston family’s entertainment ventures throughout the 1990s. In his prior role, he developed that foundation’s Giving Charter, determining beneficiaries globally. A native of Massachusetts, Scott resides in Los Angeles, CA.
